iPhone webclip icons

Webclip icons are those that appear when you bookmark a website on your iPhone and select "Add to home screen." If the page you are bookmarking doesn't have a webclip icon specified, your iPhone will generate an icon by shrinking down a screenshot of the page. To remedy this, you can assign your own icon image to any web page using the tool below.

Create a new webclip icon

1. Prepare your image.

Your icon must be 57 pixels square in PNG format. You can take the image you would like to use for your icon and crop/resize it using Resizr.
